Extension Request
Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC, whose address is 455 Racetrack Road, Washington, PA 15301, hereby requests an extension to the Roadway Use, Repair, and Maintenance Agreement, State of Ohio, Village of Sugar Grove.
The current agreement has an initial period of use from December 5th, 2016 through December 5th, 2017. Columbia is requesting the agreement extension for one (1) year from December 5th, 2017 through December 5th, 2018.
